Russian invasion of Ukraine
Two pieces made in response to the war, both created in its early months.
The first is an illustration for Neighbours, a published album initiated by Drukomat under the artistic direction of Patryk Hardziej, bringing together artists from Poland, Ukraine, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova, Hungary, and Belarus.
The book raised 32,000 EUR for the UNAWEZA Foundation, supporting Ukrainian children evacuated from orphanages and foster families.
The second is a self-initiated solidarity poster. It was exhibited in Warsaw, Luxembourg, and Madrid, and displayed on the streets of Kharkiv, Ukraine.
